Denny's Does It Again

The folks at Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield, PA. have been cooking up these gigantor burgers for quite some time now. This one they are going to try and get into the Guiness Book of Records.

Called the "Beer Barrel Main Event Charity Burger", the burger boasts the following:

~ 80 pounds worth of meat
~ 160 slices of cheese
~ 1 pound each of lettuce, ketchup, relish, mayo and mustard
~ 30 pounds worth of bun
~ couple of pounds of banana peppers
~ garnished with 33 pickles

All that for a $379 (US) price tag. Now I thought their 6 pound burger (Ye Olde 96'er) was overkill... but I guess they've outdone themselves. Good luck with getting it into the Guiness book!
