Quick and Easy Fancy Cheese on Toast

Bored with the usual cheese on toast? Try this for a change....

Ingredient things:
==================

4 slices of bread (any type)
Shredded cheese (Tasty or mozzarella...whichever you prefer)
Ground Pepper
Grove Avocado Oil with Caribbean Lime

What to do:
===========

1: Warm up the grill.
2: Lay 4 slices of bread onto the tray and let grill until the bread just starts to brown.
3: Flip over and repeat.
4: Drizzle Avocado Oil onto each slice of bread.
5: Grind pepper over each slice of bread.
6: Add cheese onto the bread
7: Grill until the cheese is golden and melty.

Now... for those of you who are going to complain about the oil.... STFU. Avocado oil is good for you (do some research!), and this one has a really nice flavour to it. I've posted about it before, if you can be bothered to find it. It gives the cheese on toast an extra kick, methinks, and is great to jazz up a simple snack without much effort.

The Return of the Food Review

Well....of sorts.

I picked up a microwave pasta dish the other week on a spur of the moment "oh I have to get my own dinner tonight" kinda thing (which turned out not as it seemed anyway).. and picked up a San Remo Fresh Spinach and Ricotta Canneloni with tomato sauce.

Here's how it looked after I cooked it and added what was left of the parmesan cheese...

And this was the individual pasta with the filling.

Taste? Eh... not the best thing I've ever eaten... it had that usual semi-blandness that packet food has, the sauce was ok, but the pasta was kinda not 100% tasty.

I give it 2 chomps out of 5...
